Investigate Requiring Fund to Submit in Embed #266

We need to see if we can work with the iDonate embed to require a Designation. According to iDonate Support, since we don't have the Designation selection shown in the embed, we don't get that validation before the submission on the payment page. We may be able to show the drop-down on the embed, but hide it with CSS to still get the validation.

I was not able to get this working by adding it the Designation back to the Embed. If a single Designation was selected from the plugin, it still wouldn't let you continue to the Payment screen and didn't give you a error either. It would not be a good experience for donors, unfortunately.
