This propagates changes made to a profile's taxonomy terms back up to the primary profile on people.wsu.edu.
Currently, this is limited to the University and the Classifications taxonomies to avoid polluting tags and categories.
The next step will be to push changes made to the primary profile down to any secondary profiles, and then sideways from any secondary profiles to the other secondary profiles :).
