We need to update the ga for the whole thing to use the bootstrap and reseat the events fired that are currently commented out for beta testing.

[ ] replace current GA setup
[ ] provide a way to turn off GA with boolean for local dev work
[ ] update current events already existing (i.e. the event the fires when the infowindow opens etc.)
