Add embed shortcode for Google Maps #2

Should support at least a SRC URL, possibly width and height

Since we want to encourage the usage of the map.wsu.edu would this be counter to that? I know we have a few more things to iron out, but the goal is that the map gain the WSU theme's automatically

We can recommend that users embed WSU Maps, but we'll still allow the embed of Google Maps as well.
