This is primarily a fork of Jetpack's Google Maps shortcode, however we process the new style Google Maps URL more specifically.

Pasting an <iframe.... embed code will automatically convert to the [googlemaps] shortcode that is expected.

Directions from Google Maps should embed nicely as well.
