E-mag for archived issues should go to that issue's "Digital Magazine" page #100

The E-mag icon in the top navigation goes to the current magazine's digital magazine page. I would like that icon to go to the digital magazine page for whatever magazine issue a reader is on.

The E-mag icon should also be the magazine season color.

@wsmagazine will add emag issue pages, then @jeremyfelt can adjust the header logic to automatically link to those pages.
