Although the contents of the xml file were uploaded successfully to the test book, the upload webpage resolved to a bad gateway error message.

Same problem with pdf export of Carrie Cuttler's book -- attempt to export pdf resulted in bad gateway error, but pdf appeared after a few minutes.
