Very small PR that removes the two extra newlines mentioned in #9. Trailing newlines don't really make sense in the context of rst, and the new behavior is more in line with the native rich.Markdown.
I would consider the previous behavior a bug, so no need for any flags or anything.
Based on #11, so merge that first and this PR will become much much smaller 😄
