Rebind now supports trigger Groups #42

only first element of a trigger group will be able to trigger a macro or rebind it when every other constraint is fulfilled
removed reversed option for played/replaced keys - makes no sense
corrected wrong equal evaluation of Key_Groups that lead to activated triggers not being played
