locations arent enabled + czech location posted

Im trying to enable mutations.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit: http://example.com/php-calendar/install/translate.php
2. in my php gettext extension is intalled
3. appropriate locales are installed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Locations doesnt working (only def or en language). I dont really know what i 
doing bad.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version 2.0 beta10

i think error is i'm not able to generate .mo files after executing 
translate.php

There is a syntax error in that file. If you want to create a new translation, 
please see https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/php-calendar/ If you're still 
having issues, please open a new issue at
