Energy grid sometimes get stuck #1

There are two variations of this bug: 1)Negative energy purge Sometimes target(wand charger) can receive negative amount of energy leading to it being unable to restore its state while eating all the power in network. Got this after playing with wand charger before giving power to it. Pretty rare. 2)Stuck after full charge System stops to produce energy and consume essentia after final part of the chain is fully charged. When it becames empty system doesn't start on its own.

Hmm i thought i fixed those before latest push

  1. This shouldn't happen anymore, didn't have the problem when i tested it myself.
  2. I will look at this myself.
