Prebuilt binaries #2

It would be amazing to have prebuilt binaries for this tool. We have to install this for Azle and Kybra automatically on all of our developer's machines, and the installation is extremely heavy, time consuming, and error prone.

I've added a release v0.2.11.

Some dfinity/examples also run on macOS, so it would be nice to also have Darwin binaries.

Would love to have the full gamut of binaries...or would love to see this integrated into dfx @dfinity-berestovskyy
