Integrate the previous documents with the new flows.

Proposal: once the automatic generation of man pages from the CLI is implemented, we could

[ ] Add a more technical description of each command to the docs, while keeping the more "colloquial" docs
[ ] Add a roff to md pipeline to automatically update the more technical pages generated from the man pages
