Upgrade v0.14 #232

[x] extracts prisma.schema
[x] makes some small changes to authorization on admin dashboard side
[x] update app_diff
[x] merge GPT/TASK vertical org PR
[ ] make sure github tests action has proper Wasp Version once it's released
[x] update docs, including migration warning
[x] add discord auth

@vincanger we can merge this one without waiting for the wasp release, and tag it with wasp-v0.14-template. That will make it work for wasp CLI 0.14 the moment it comes out. Then, after it comes out, we can also update the wasp version in the Github Actions to 0.14 (from 0.14-rc).
