I asked on dotenvx if dotenvx is a newer solution, so let's see what the answer is: https://github.com/dotenvx/dotenvx/issues/245#issue-2346204335 .
If so, we should switch opensaas-sh and also examples/todoApp to it, and also update the issue where I mention we will want to recommend dotenv-vault as a default method to talk about dotenvx instead.
