box-shadow gets rearrange like 4 value instead of the first value negated - patch included #27

"box-shadow: 1px 2px 3px 4px" gets rearranged, instead of converted to
"box-shadow: -1px 2px 3px 4px"

Attached is a patch again revision 31. It includes unit tests.
