Slice increment not consistent error #323

I am trying to segment vertebrae and spinal cords in CT images, but I am running into issues with "Slice increment not consistent through all slices" for almost every volume: even though I have checked them to ensure that the slice thicknesses are consistent. I am not sure why this is happening?

Turns out some of my files were corrupted.
