This is part of #1

Adds initial support for multiple screens (both on the API and UI sides)
Adds ability to hide the status bar or rearrange its elements (API side only for now)
Adds a "compact" layout mode that removes the space between widgets
Removes the buggy freeform editor until it's fixed in a later PR
Adds a new "Screens" admin page for managing multiple displays
