Site survey module to collect data for the sampling site #18

Data needed:

  1. User location
  2. Name of the sampling site
  3. ID of the sampling site
  4. Type of the sampling site (drop down with options like STP, SPS, Manhole)
  5. Preferred type of sample collection (drop down with options; dip sampling, laddle sampling, mechanised sampling)
