Capture more data on unknown QR code #20

If during sample transport and lab acceptance scan we find a QR that was not added during collection do the following:

  1. Inform the user that this QR is not available in sample collection data.
  2. Ask the user if the QR is correct (showing them the QR in bold) and if they have received this sample bottle (yes / no button).
  3. Submit the data to the backend (anomaly API)
