Minor bug fixes for multi cast bar, add GCD display #33

Added visual display for global cooldown, changing the color of the bar while on a GCD, changing color back to normal after 1.2 sec.
Fixed issue with multi shot bar not being hidden when unchecked.
Fixed missing names for sliders
