Better to define R-factor as a 'parameter' instead of as a 'measure' used in modelling.

Hi @petradeproost :

I'm not sure if parameter is the correct word, as it can also be classified as a 'input variable' in the RUSLE model (and in extension the CN-WS model). I named it a measure, as this makes it more context-independent.
