adjust tests so coverage sees the (yet tested, but not reported coerage) due to the parralel call.

I do think with the current structure (rfactor and process modules), the automatic apidoc is actually working fine, see https://cn-ws.github.io/rfactor/api/rfactor.html#rfactor-package. I did do some other updates while updating the pyscaffold though.
