Remove unnecessary from glfs #44

This PR removes a number of test data from git as they are too large to fit in the r-factor package:

I'll just ignore this: https://github.com/organizations/cn-ws/settings/billing (29 days apparently, which implies we used more than 1 GB in the last two day (which we did not))

note: I just say this PR includes two commits (5a569a5dfb2f8ac24acd54dd3779f79aa5091f08, 059a861ebd12aaa854e9732bb0ce84b27c33666b) related to #41 (I commited those for testing). These are tackled in #42 , I'll gitk and revert them after #42 is merged in master
