upon next import add to each fountain the short url (based on Q-Number) #10

e.g. as https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P973 "described at URL"

https://h2o.do/ch-zh?l=de&i=Q55166047 has it now

10) please avoid self-referencing / loops ==> i.e. if the URL starts with "https://h2o.do" do not display it !
