Sometimes trying to click the "-" or "+" buttons on create array grabs the block instead of pressing the button #1199

So it doesn't let me add or remove elements.

I'm not sure why it happens. I've had it happen a few times when I have a waterbear page open for a long time. Refreshing or creating a new tab doesn't fix the problem, but opening a new window does fix it. I'm using Chrome. And currently trying to see if Firefox will have the same issue.
