When we consolidated Strings and Text we kept the more computer-sciencey name of "String" rather than "Text". A lot of blocks still advertise that they accept either Strings or Text as arguments. We should consolidate on "Text". I think we should also use the T-icon rather than the Quotation Mark-icon.
