🎬 Allows temporarily overriding the working directory to change the execution context for relevant commands (start, config)

:bug: Recommendations for testing

Add -C flag to change execution directory.
Try with a valid directory, file or invalid path.

Commands affected

$ toggl -C ../somedir start
$ toggl -C ~/code config -e
