Microsoft announced Announcing Azure Pipelines with unlimited CI/CD minutes for open source. According to this, it provides this to every open source project for free.

We can investigate to https://azure.microsoft.com/ko-kr/services/devops/pipelines/ for our project CI.

I think we will probably move to Azure Pipelines from Travis.
