Using reverse_proxy_options with part of options, reset other defaults. This PR fixes the issue and make sure that default values are used.

@waterlink I noticed the same problem and I think it might be the cause of some trouble and confusion i've had.

i'm going to rebase this and submit another PR and see if the tests will pass.
