Its been so long I don't even remember what changes went where. All I know is this is what I flashed on processor before it went on the recelec sled and it hasn't been touched since

also closes #48 (300 is the actual assumed upper limit, but the ADC is known to overestimate due to nonlinearity. We are probably going to fly 400mA as the error threshold)
