Account for launch pad elevation #86

I forgot to account for this. The altitude simulated in Ansys is above sea level, but the altimeter data will be above the ground. So we need to account for this discrepancy.

Elevation of Timmins is 295 m. Launch pad may be different from this.

There is not actually much change in the results here so it doesn't really matter anyways, but I think it's good to have our best guess
