Alias get_http only when it exists #127

I think this may be unnecessary now, since we would rather be a full on replacement to the contentful gems rather than to live side by side and try to inject our functionality.

I'd be fine simply removing this whole file.

Edit: I still totally think we should be able to live side-by-side with the Contentful gem but just that we don't want to muddy the waters anymore than we have.
