Coverage increased (+0.007%) to 93.752% when pulling 1a9a0f06d63ae83c481abe7bf189bcb03377c0ed on postgres_store_fixes into efe042a1472d2e7ff5807fdad9c4df169788a55c on master.

Tried in my local Paper signs. This gets us past rake db:setup.
