Fix App Spacing #1

Currently, all spacing in the application is hard-coded by pixel count. Now that the course this application was designed for is over, more attention can be directed to improving the application. Convert hard-coded spacing to percentage-based spacing for better use by various screen sizes.

Things to research:

simple pie chart info
centering divs
spacing within divs so responsive view aligns multiple pie charts
rearrange legend/pie charts

Receipts grid was moved to be right next to inputs. On nextbook, it looks good.

Continue to research how to make it look good on mobile devices as well.
