Will need to update the maintenance section since its lacking in a lot of necessary information that is needed to stay up to date.

The goal is to bring it back to what it previously was since the information present on the tree details page is becoming overwhelming. There is a lot of content, and the info can get lost if we continue to add to it.

New Options

[x] For the New Tree Care (Formerly called Maintenance) takes over the existing sidebar similar to the report feature.
[x] A new approach is to have a second side panel that is attached be present when opening tree care. This will have ample info be present, but can be information overload as the focus gets out of hand. Potentially gives the user too many options on desktop. Mobile will not have this option.

Goals

[x] Have maintenance be a button or section that then leads you to a section that you focus on what needs to occur
[x] When clicking on maintenance button, it leads to 4 potential options
- Reoccurring Maintenance
- Request City Maintenance
- Remove Tree
- Modify Information about Tree
- Something Else (Report Issue)
[x] When in maintenance, have a sticky section at the bottom to submit / cancel
[x] Have current tree common name on top as sticky section with back button / report button (report if issues with maintenance)
[x] Add new sections that include
- DBH Update
- Tree Canopy Update
- Tree Height Update
- Tree Health Update
- Geolocate Update (if necessary)
- Image Uploader
- Notes
- Tree Common Name Update (If the tree was labeled incorrectly)
- Tree Scientific Name Update (If the tree was labeled incorrectly)
- Tree Genus Update (If the tree was labeled incorrectly)
- Date Maintenance Occurred (Can do maintenance a few days ago, but forgot to update on WTT)
- Add Nickname to Tree
- Update if location is public / private land

New route for tree maintenance. It will have a button, but when you select the button it will give you options of what you want to do with the tree maintenance.

@zoobot new maintenance route, what do you think? I see this as a gateway to the other options being more visible.
