[Tree Sources - Design] Add Source View Redesign (Desktop)

[ ] The Save button is difficult to read from a dark green background and black text.
[ ] The save button is at the top which was easy to miss.
- Could make it a sticky component at the bottom of the screen.
[ ] The bottom of the screen doesn't allow my viewport to scroll to the bottom of the screen.
[ ] Cannot see the footer from my viewport.
[ ] The search component & upload source button is present (I dont think it needs to be present as the focus of the screen is to add the source info).
[ ] The error at the top of the screen could be revised to a button / tag.
[ ] the input fields seem to be a different style from the rest of the site.
[ ] the sections can be a vertical layout.
[ ] the dashed line around the section isn't necessary as the page only has the crosswalk and source info.
