File type white-listing instead of black-listing #91

Feature idea:

I am currently trying to set up svnplot for our svn repository, and I realized 
that I really only care about changes to .tex and .java files. Right now, I had 
to add many file types not in the blacklist (e.g. .eps, .bst) to achieve this - 
but I assume in many cases a whitelist makes more sense.
