The latest code for the program has an obs-websocket connection status indicator.

[x] Create system tray icon.
[x] Use obs-websocket connection status indicator in tray icon.
[x] Create a menu for the system tray icon.
[x] Bind the tray icon menu to a list of active render devices.
[x] Indicate current default render device.

Windows Audio

[x] Issue #10.
[x] On tray menu item click, change default render device.
