Resolve showing illegal values for set point sliders #2

In UI5 1.5.408, there is no acceptable way to properly show/hide a setpoint slider when its current setpoint is a sentinel value (like -400, -500, or 400). Since some thermostat modes will send this as the current setpoint for heat or cool, we need to be able to deal with this sensibly in the Vera UI.

Plugin authors have lost control of UI aspects by and large (aside from having to make completely duplicate JSON files just to again show icons.)
