Add trigger for ModeState changes #25

Users would like to be able to trigger their scenes when the HVAC system state changes between Off, Idle, Heating, Cooling, FanOnly.

You should now have a new group of state change triggers called "Thermostat Running State Changes". Your choices are Off, Heating, Cooling, FanOnly and Idle. You should now be able to automate on when your HVAC system changes to one of these states.

Please note that the resolution of these state changes is only on the polling cycle, which is two minutes by default. In other words, if your system changes state two or more times within the polling cycle (not typical), then you will lose all but the last of those state changes. Also, your automation will be delayed until the plugin has polled the new state change.
