Improve support for UI7 #37

Make new _UI7.json and _UI7.xml files to conditionally create devices based on whether we're running on UI7, using a technique similar to what Andrei supplied.

I was just informed that the only changes I can make to affect the user interface in UI7 are the icons, but that other unacceptable UI issues are no longer under the control of the plugin developer. As a result, I am not going to release an update of the plugin to address UI7 issues, since I do not have control over those issues as I did in UI5. While I've checked in files for icon changes, I don't plan on supporting any UI7 UI issues going forward (because, basically, I can't).
