Fixing the current failures in the Sample Code due to Asistant V2 changes #276

Modified the url to service url parameter in app.js updated sample entries in env.sample ( I had to face a lot of confusion due to workspace / skill changes and other ui updates) updated travis.yml to node 14 because of build error
