This PR adds a content setup guide with the web crawler in Elasticsearch.

Credit to @sne3091 for creating the workspace JSON file in the PDF docs setup PR that works with Elasticsearch inner_hits. The workspace JSON in this PR was simply modified based on the one Sneha created.
