how to install the image analysis. #240

The Alchemy Image Analysis was removed a long time a go (2016), and replaced with Watson Visual recognition, which in turn has now been deprecated and will be turned off 1 Dec. 2021. It has not been possible to create new services instances since 7 Jan. 2021.

I am not aware of any replacement.
