The watsonplatform.net endpoint URLs are deprecated and are scheduled to be retired on 26 May 2021. The current design is that the endpoint in the node is fixed and cannot be changed. This needs to be modifiable as soon as possible to prevent any issues.
As per https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/watson?topic=watson-endpoint-change URL that the Watson node uses needs to be changed from
