broken documentation links on npm package #33

I'm looking at this page: https://www.npmjs.com/package/watson-speech

most of the links to watson docs are broken on this page. For example, Watson.TextToSpeech points at http://watson-developer-cloud.github.io/speech-javascript-sdk/v0.32.1/module-watson-speech_text-to-speech_synthesize.html

looks like maybe new docs were not automatically generated for this latest release (0.32.1.) v0.30.1 was the last release which appear to have docs, which means all the other versions between these 2 versions are lacking as well. see http://watson-developer-cloud.github.io/speech-javascript-sdk/
