@usr065794 can you provide some info for the motivation behind these changes? I am not familiar with the .ibm-project config file.

I don't have any idea what these changes are intended to do. You'll need to provide some explanation for these changes or we will probably just close this PR.

Given there doesn't seem to be much context here, I am going to close this PR. If you'd like to discuss any proposed changes to the SDK, please feel free to open an issue so that we can get a better idea of what you'd like to change.
