Process the starter kit env and add it to process.env if needed #12

The current starter kit is setting a JSON env var. When the usual env settings don't exist, check for and use these.

@jmeis This can be used to fix the IKS starter kit env at least temporarily. It would be nice if that JSON env var was replaced with what is shown in the download creds file. Then we can get rid of this bit and let the SDK handle all the usual environments.
