Always holding on when connect to parent

Hi,

When I click next to connect to parent, it will always holding on and be not able to connect success. The log is as blow. Is there any issue about this?

there are also several erro in self_instance dialog witch tell me that timeout connection to www.ibm.com but I can ping this IP success.

@ArthurZ123 please let us know if this is still an issue. Are you unable to connect? The logs say that you connected, but something else might be going on. Also, we updated our prod deployment (you must have received an email). Let us know what the current state is on this issue.

I have changed to a MAC with IOS, So I don't know if this still a problem, Isn't there anyone else using windows with Intu?
